Covid-19 Guidlines

Our guidelines to safe working during the COVID-19

In every working environment, we have increased the frequency of handwashing and surface cleaning.

No employee will be allowed to come to work if they or any member of their household are showing symptoms of, or have contracted COVID-19.

Every reasonable effort will be made to comply with the social distancing guidelines set out by the government (keeping people 1+m apart wherever possible).

We will use back-to-back or side-to-side working (rather than face-to-face) whenever possible.
We will wash hands more for 20 seconds using soap and hot water, particularly after coughing, sneezing and blowing nose.

We will reduce the spread of germs when coughing or sneezing by covering mouth and nose with a tissue, or sleeve (not hands). If a tissue is available this will be used and thrown in a bin immediately, then hands washed.

Regularly touched objects and surfaces will be cleaned using regular cleaning products to reduce the risk of passing the infection on to other people.

Food and drinkware will be cleaned or disposed of appropriately.

Employees will wear appropriate PPE.

We require that customers adhere to the social distancing guidelines and use the queuing and one-way systems.

We require that customers do not use the premises for dancing, or close contact activities where social distancing may be compromised.

Please note that all music will be played at a background level of noise only.
Customers are required to have table service only and are advised that we are a cashless business.

Customer contact details will be retained securely for 21 days in case we need to implement a Track and Trace.
