If you are looking for a venue or a space to hire in Cheltenham for your next celebration we have lots of options available. We can provide bespoke cocktail menus and arrival drinks for your event.
You can hire either of our two rooms upstairs, the whole top floor or the entire venue, we can configure the furniture to your requirements and make the space your own.
We have close links with external local suppliers and can provide themed cupcakes or celebration cakes, grazing boards or buffets, you can even bring your food or order in takeaway.
If you are looking for an activity for your event, we can offer cocktail masterclasses or in conjunction with a range of local businesses we can provide workshops too, we have painting, flower crowns, mosaics and jewellery making to name a few, let us know your ideas and we can help create your event for you.
If you would like to hire the whole venue, we can provide a DJ for the evening or you are also welcome to provide some Spotify playlists to go through our sound system. We have live music at the bar every Friday so have access to lots of brilliant live musicians that you can also hire for your event.
With our mobile bar offering, if you aren’t looking for a venue to hire but would like a cocktail bar at your event, we can come to you with our delicious classic cocktails or even a masterclass too.

We can also open outside of our published hours, for example, we often hold private parties and wedding receptions on a Sunday in Montpellier in Cheltenham. You may want to hold your baby shower or hen or birthday party earlier in the afternoon before we officially open, we can open earlier for your special day.
